<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%" align="left"><strong>职位描述：</strong><br/>Responsibilities:<br/>1.Handle full set booking (includes receiving, checking, verifying, inputting & releasing);<br/>2.Handle full set blading/FCR (from preparation to release);<br/>3.Handle full set document (includes receiving, matching, sorting, checking, inputting & dispatching);<br/>4.Timeliness & accuracy of systems update, reporting and documentation;<br/>5.Close co-ordination with carriers to ensure space & equipment availability;<br/>6.Co-operate with PRC/Macau offices to arrange transhipment cargoes via Hong Kong;<br/>7.To ensure close co-ordination with our global offices, local customers, as well as clients to secure their full satisfaction;<br/>8.Read & reply daily enquiries (by e-mail, fax or phone);<br/>9.To ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated in SOP;<br/>10.Constantly evaluate job descriptions with his/her supervisor;<br/>11.Proactively promote local Value Added Services to local customers through phone call or vendor visit .<br/>Requirement:<br/>1. College degree or above; <br/>2. At least 3 years working experience in domestics logistics field; <br/>3. Be able to work independently with good initiatives; <br/>4. CET-4, proficiency in English of both oral and written; <br/>5. Good inter-personal skills and team-work spirit. <br/>6. Good knowledge in Microsoft applications, good knowledge in using Excel various function and able to work out the PowerPoint independently</p>
