日前，发生在1月底的海南万宁兴隆阳光剧场保安殴打旅游车司机事件已作出处理，保安周应云赔偿司机杨体杰经济损失12万元，景点停业整顿7天。　　 　　 1月31日，万宁保安持铁棍打伤旅游车司机一案，发生在刚宣布建设国际旅游岛的关键时期，案件立即引起各界强烈关注。据有关部门介绍，案发当晚7时30分左右，海南省旅游客运管理服务有限公司驾驶员杨体杰开车运载游客到兴隆阳光剧场观看表演，在停放车辆的过程中与该剧场保安周应云发生争执，被周应云持铁管殴打致伤，案发后周应云潜逃。　　 　　万宁市公安局接到报案后，于2月1日立案侦查，2月11日对周应云办理刑事拘留手续并上网追逃，并组成专案组，制定详细的侦查工作方案，并以抓捕为重点立即开展侦查工作。2月23日9时30分，周应云在其父周亚雄的陪同下，主动到市公安局投案，交待了殴打杨体杰的犯罪事实，并主动向受害人杨体杰赔偿道歉，积极赔偿杨体杰的医疗费用等经济损失，取得了杨体杰的谅解。　　 　　投案当日，周应云和杨体杰均向万宁市公安局提出书面申请，要求对该案进行调解处理。根据有关规定，该案符合调解处理条件，万宁市公安局予以受理，并出具调解委托书，委托杨体杰居住地长丰镇七甲村委会人民调解委员会按照调解程序进行调解。经调解，周应云与杨体杰达成协议：周应云向杨体杰赔礼道歉；周应云一次性赔偿杨体杰医疗费用等经济损失共12万元人民币；杨体杰撤销对周应云的刑事及民事诉讼，不再追究周应云的任何责任；自调解后双方不再为此事再起纠纷。鉴于犯罪嫌疑人周应云涉嫌故意伤害案已调解处理，根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第十五条之规定，万宁市公安局于2月24日依法撤销该案，解除对周应云的刑事拘留。　　 　　另外，万宁市国际旅游岛建设环境综合整治工作领导小组办公室于2月10日做出对阳光剧场停业整顿七天的决定，并由该市旅游、文体、公安部门对兴隆四家演艺场从消防安全、拉客拍照、车场管理等方面进行全面检查，完善制度，规范管理。
